“Aww, he must be in special ed.”

I heard two people discuss this movie at length in a bar a month or so ago. That’s something you rarely expect.

    • Laura says:

Heh. You’d be amazed what we overhear in “our” bar. And, the conversations we participate in. Let’s just say that we are the Pop Culture King and Queen, especially when it comes to 80’s references. And, hey, thanks for stopping by!

  2. dyskinesia says:

I am so looking forward to that video 😉

B&G – That could have been TB and me in that bar. You wouldn’t believe the stuff we talk about when we’re out.

Snerk @ the backyard: We call it land mine duty!

    • Laura says:

He’ll have to be drunk and I’ll have to be subtle about it. Tricky.

Imagine if we ALL got together? Looks like we really need to work on that Con that TB and I were chatting about in his comments.

They’re so small, and yet they shit SO MUCH.

Dys: For some reason I’m not surprised. The sad part is my girlfriend and I would have been drawn into that conversation. We tend to go off and forget other people may – and often do with horrendous outcome – hear what we’re talking about. Most times it’s gruesome stuff and we’ll turn around to see someone staring at us while dialing 911.

One time, over my slight objection, she made me do The Aristocrats joke. This was before she saw the movie or ever heard the joke. And I ran with it. Somewhere in the middle I felt someone staring at me. The three or four people down the bar behind me were leaning in trying to hear.

“The three or four people down the bar behind me were leaning in trying to hear.”

I’d say that’s highly complimentary! I can’t tell a good story to save my life.

  4. Taoist Biker says:

Does it count if you’re holding a guy’s head by the hair when you do that dance?

    No?

Then I haven’t done it. *whistles*

Heheh. I think I’d get stage fright if someone prompted me to do a version of The Aristocrats. So much to live up to…

  5. iamheatherjo says:

A video of you karaoke-ing might complete me. Hee!

  6. boundandgags says:

That’s the great thing about The Aristocrats, you can go as far (or not) and as long (or not) as you like, no expectations! All you have to do is the opening (a family act going in to see a talent agent) and closing (The Aristocrats!).

The rest is up to you and the scary little mind of yours.
